Some people are still stuck on EQ and think everything that's worth something has to drop from a named mob or special rooms... it's kind of funny how stupid people can be... In reality(of DAoC) items are dropped by 'ranks' or certain levels of mobs... so it would be better to say that such & such an item drops from ## to ## level mobs...
Or you could go back to playing EQ like a chump.

For one, the dude never said that it only drops from King Room. Its just that the King Room provides some of the fastest pulls for the Ursines and therefore is the best place to acquire the Ursine Scale gear, simply because you will need to kill alot of them to get the drops you want. Secondly, calling people idiots for such things is really childish.

Or one could drop off the ursine sorcerer or shaman as it did for a group this week. Yes, it is rare though.

I've had this helm for a while I got it as a drop from king room. its very rare drop, if u cmaped king rom for 1 week 24x7 u'd prolly get 1 or 2 of em
