I scored this robe last night in CF off of Fins. Mine has 15 to INT not 10. Igziabeher "Pagan's Revenge" Ment 43 on Merlin

Black Wraiths no longer drop Manifested Terror. Now, only banshees and siabra archmagi drop it (not sure about raven wraiths)

banshees, black wraiths, eidolons and raven wraiths are all on the same loot table for the manifested terror stuff.
order of the mob difficulty are black wraith (o, r or p to me at 49, cast a cold dd), banshee (r or ptm, do a dd shout for about 250), eidolons (r or p to me, pull up to cast magma's fury, the lvl 46 wizard spec bolt which hits for 618 - bolt modifs), then raven wraiths (all p to me, cast a high lvl ice dd, hit really hard)
- 49 Eldritch taking the last level easy collecting second set for when trolls destroy his first.
