Says reinforced, but the AF of 40 and Absorb factor of 19% tells me it's the same as Fine Alloy Stelskodd (Which is fine for a lv20) Arm graphics don't show up all that well anyhow, so I'm not concerned with the look anyway.
Moreso I'd like to know what the bonuses are to this piece. Str? Constitution? Other then the AF and Absorb of fine alloy stelskodd, why would I wear this piece?
