while i were searching for it on the ME i fell over it but stats wassent the same
Constitution: 12 pts
Dexterity: 12 pts
Quickness: 12 pts
Intelligence: 12 pts
and the same charges..
any idea why the bracer i found had theese stats

A month after Frontiers went live Mythic went through and upgraded most the items in PoC to make the stats reflect their appropriate level. This was one of them and it happened in patch 1.71 though, wonder if GOA just did not include this in your 1.71, Here is a snippet from the Herald concerning this matter: So you may want to tuck this little beauty in your Vault and wait for the patch that will introduce these changes for the GOA run servers.
