Still yellow to me at 41. Ursine's of any kind drop this from what I've seen. So far seen a Ursine Shaman/Dweller & Patrol drop these.

I submitted this and I hate to say it but it doesnt have +4 to blades/blunt has some resistance 4%/4%. Drops off Ursines in Treibh dungeon still orange at 36 too.
