This is a nice little weapon for players using sword and board. It's a little slow for blademasters, though you have to appreciate the 5 str which increases your dmg on both weapons. The disappointment is that its only a 5% bonus, but at the levels you are using it, it doesn't matter much.
.. this is. Muire Tomb is in Hibernia, and "Blades" skill is also in Hibernia. Not a first time the items get assigned to wrong realm..

I highly doubt that this is an Albion weapon. First of all, it says that it is dropped in a Hibernia dungeon. And on top of that, it is classified as a "blades weapon," which is used in Hibernia.
