It's kinda funny too cuz they buffed up the +ability items by fifty percent, while not changing the +hp, +power ones, making these items even more pathetic.

This is a level 49 item that gives a whopping 4 power and 21 HPs. Whats the point of this? 21 HPs isn't crap at this level. Maybe a robed caster might like this, but a +1 CON item will give you more HPs than that, and a +1 PIE item will give you way more power than that.
