I got this 2 days ago from Muire tomb, but from a Mummy hag, it was yellow to a level 12. I'm playing on the EU servers, patch 1.49

Me and a Hero were hunting Muire tomb a few days ago, and came across this the Weapon does indeed proc but it's not going to proc for a lv 12 please understand this. The Champion we ended up giving it to said he'd seen one before and claimed that it did not start proccing till lv 18. The weapon was indeed a Murkman but it was one that conned orange to a lv 17 none of the other Murkmen had such nice items.
All this is true as far as I know the only thing I cannot verify for sure is the proc. Sorry i cannot help more. =(

my richly designed sword is a 1 handed weapon. I don t understand. I thought it was 2h weapon, may be it was changed.

why would they even put this ability on here. My lvl 12 champ could use this DOT someone please fix this!
