Ofc a healer needs aug. Never heard of a healer without any aug, even if it is the last prioritated line.
Used aug buffs: Self Only Damage Buff, Attack Speed Buff and Constitution Buff

Quickness is irrelevant for a healer, and so is +Aug spec.
