This is a charged hammer. There is a special way to get it to discharge. Than you have to recharge it (the recharger in the house at GNA).
I never used one yet so ask around how you get it to activate.

Normally you fire Charged Items follow this way:
press "E"-Key (Default use key) follow by a qb-key for the item (Like "1"), and you start using 1 charge. That was the way I used the instant DD's from my DF Staff, anyway.

I was wondering if anyone has gotten this hammer to procc yet?, I've used it like a thousand times since I dinged 50, but not a single procc. I kinda think it's a lvl 51 item since it started coning yellow 1 lvl after all the dragon etched items.

best weapon in the game is crafter homes. 100% quality arcanium weapons have highest efective dmg of any weapon.
