Got this drop today at lvl 23.

As of 1.54 this should no longer drop from WW Warders (they were incorrectly dropping muspelheim drops).
And still no bow. Most of the ants are now green to me at level 27 and still no bow. All i got is the flame shield.

Where in Muspelheim can I finde the Fire Ants? Do you knwo a /loc ?

When you go through the gate, go to the left wall and follow it, when you see Soot Harvesters, the ants are a little past them.

I was hunting in Skona the other night at the WW's near their bridge. Killing Guards and the Warders that sit on the little hill at the NE end of the ravine. I had spent hours earlier in the day playing my lv21 hunter up in Muspelheim with a friend who was a lv23 hunter. He was looking to get the bow. Course I would of liked one too!
In Skona I was playing my lv 28 Berserker and was with my lv 23 hunter friend their too.
Anyhow, after hunting for quite some time one of these bows dropped off a warder! Course my lv 23 friend got the bow being the only hunter in our group. Spent a few more hours there and no more bow drops. Weird though. I spent the next day for hours up in Muspelheim trying for one of the bows myself (no way could I do WW Warders). No drop. Fortunately a guildmate happened to have one of these bows and gave it to me.
AWESOME bow, for the range mainly, but perfect for the 20's!
Turns out they drop off of more then just ants!

The range is a reported bug (this was stated by the Hunter Team Lead)...Soon to be fixed.

It doesnt ONLY drop off of scavengers I FINALLY got it while just farming the ants for a LONG period of time Mines dropped off of a Fire ant worker. So PLEASE NOTE do NOT do like i did and only kill scavengers because workers can drop it too, this way u can kill 2 types of ant and double your chances of getting it faster, on the way to getting it I got other items some kind of studded helm 43 AF +6 Const I believe and a Flame shield both of no use to me. This bows range is off the charts it HAS to be bugged I solo oranges before they get to me, it cons yellow at level 24. Good luck.

I can confirm that the bow drops from ant scavenger. Drop'd when i was 26 off a green ant. bow cons yellow still at 27

i fought the fire ants behind the spiders on left side of musp gate fer hours...no bow yet...
