some question

I know a focus staff is a staff with same spec point, but what is the staff with different spec point, like staff of light,or staff or mana...etc.
what is the usage of the point in that kind of staff?
No these are focus points

This is a focus staff. That means any spell you cast that is lower level (base or spec spell) than that number is cost for a reduced power cost. Sanya said onthe Herald a while ago they were thinking of changing that system so it could be different at any time.

By the way this dropped from the named tunnel Imp Scratch for me once and from a collared Gemgetter another time so it seems random through the zone.

Does that mean it adds that many "points" to each of those specializations?
