i think in 1 of the updates it changed cause to day in the Barrows my 26 paladin and 50 minstrel friend where killing fallen warriors and came across one of these guys as he came aggro on me and for such a high mob hit me for 67 dmg we killed him and he dropped this staff and the DPS is 16.2 spd didnt change and the focus is +46 in the 3 fields.

Hey DAOC Peeps,
How do you use the ranged proc on this staff? Its range is 1350 but are you able to right click on it like and Everquest item, I can't really see any other way of it working..unless it gives you a spell icon to use with a timer on it????

I got one of these about a week back. It dropped off of a Megalith Wight in the Barrows. We also saw the Thurgist equivalent of this staff drop from a Barrow Wight. And I saw the Cabalist equivalent drop from a Spiritual Advisor also in the Barrows.
And before you ask, yes, I spend alot of time in the Barrows :)
