Note:This item is bugged :(

It is listed as a "Left Axe Weapon" rather than an "Axes" weapon (offhand useable). As such, if you have it equipped and attempt to perform a left axe style you get a message saying you need to equip an axe in your left hand in order to perform the style. Bug report has been submitted to Mythic so hopefully they fix this soon (my Zerker is drooling).
