Okay, so let me get this straight.. Ding, level 34.. Little Star's Braided Mane 7str 7con 7%slash 7%crush, real easy to solo one time drop mob.
This.. is level 50? I doubt I'd even save this for an alt since by the time the alt was high enough level for the item not to decay like styrofoam in gasoline, I'd have another Mane!
Some of these items I think are thrown together as "filler", just to give us "something" -- obviously not very well thought out, at best it's a replacement if your belt is getting low on durability by the time you hit 50 and haven't found something better.
