I believe this procs at 48 from something I read elsewhere.

The DF princess staff drop (brilliant smoldering ember) procs at 48 too, and is also 93% qual. Got one myself.

Think this one comes off the King of Barfog Hills. Guildmate has this and I believe thats where he said he got it. Makes perfect sense as the King drops other caster items and the name fits.

16.2dps weapons go yellow very late 40's or 50.

as with all epic monster weapons it procs at 50. Nearly all the high end weapons proc at 50. Not sure about the weapons off the diamondbacks but I think those are 50 procs as well. I know the shield I got from a feeder and the thruster dropped by a gorger both proc at 50.
