This item, along with most of the rest of the Forged Darksteel line, drops in Spindelhalla. It may also drop in the swamp, but I haven't heard that. The last time I saw one of these drop it was from either a Mad Kobold, Yleg, or a Cursed Thulian. Last night I got a Forged Darksteel ******* Sword from Yleg.
