They also drop the Blue Diamond Staff... which is this exact same staff just change every instance of Runecarving with Suppression and the 331 dmg DD is cold based instead of heat... same 2 sec casting time and dmg

these are dropped of the highlvl svartalfs that in the far back of the svartalf area. Right next to some varulvs. They con orange-purp to a lvl 50.
