Do they drop in version 1.45? Playing on

Have some stuff i would like 2 send in..
And altso wonder if all crackling stuff from malmo is avalible in all parts.
atm i have i think a coif and gloves.
Or if some1 have a recommendation
what stuff i should aim 4 in all my armor and stuff for a lvl 50thane.

by the way, you can only use the charges when you reach 50th level

What does -2 Max mean?

Only charge for 2 at a time
It casts the highest thane Str/Con buff, wonder if they stack?

the thane buff is just strength, so strength/con will stack, but not over a shamans buff for example
