The Lords always have been there...
The King, Royal Guards, etc are new (came in with 1.52).
Not sure what Lv the King is, cons orange to 44, but he isnt as easy as he looks on first sight ;)
Its an orange Troll first, which can be beaten down quite easy. When the Troll is dead the real King immediately spawns...cons orange too and casts a lot of disease, nukes and self-hastes (all instant of course ~~). The lv 50 Warrior with me died and so i finished him with my last bit of hp ;)
And he dropped only normal loot :<
Might need to kill him over and over to get anything.
Respawntime bout 20-30 RL-Minutes.

Varulvahmn is twice or three times the size it used to be. If you head to the Lunarian room, then go by the spiders, prolly have to clear a few, then when your standing where the spiders spawn, turn left and you will be in the new area. With the royal guards, Lords and the King.
