Too bad it's a charge not a proc hehe, being a proc wouldn't be too over powering i think. Not like it's going to make the caster swing with it all the time. But maybe thats why it's charges because they don't swing with it all the time, but then again charges are expensive to recharge.......D'Oh it could be such a good staff too hehe.
