I got one off a ghoulie in Lough Gur. Then me and friend went and hunted them for a few hours and only got one other. Seem to very uncommon but a very nice bracer none the less

sems to be a rare item..i have one, tried for another but no luck, been slaughtering them for days and only seen one drop...and its uber bracelet too..hard to find nice resist gear )

It is dropped off Ghoulies in frontier. They walk very close to the realm gate and the fotress around druim cain.
