Con is the condition of the armor. The closer the armor is to 100% condition the more effective it is in absorbing blows. Dur is durability. Every time a piece of armor is repaired it loses a certain percentage of durability. Qua is quality. The higher quality the better because quality determines how often you will have to repair a piece of armor. Items attained from quests usually have 100% quality while items that you buy or get off monsters can have a much lower quality. Bon means the amount of Bonus magical abilities the armor has. Crafted or store-bought armor will not have a bonus (unless it is the stuff bought in Darkness Falls with seals). Absorb is the amount of damage your armor can absorb from an enemy's blow. Plate armor has the highest followed by chain, leather, and least of all cloth. Everything that can be worn (armor, jewels, jewelry, cloaks, belts) or wielded (weapons, shields) has these statistics.
