Possibly this polearm would drop off of Sentry Bowmen? Can someone tell me what lvl the Sentry Bowmen are, and even if they drop this polearm, thanks!

Drops off of Tower Guardian, and possibly Tower Keeper as well. Both wander near Meical's Tower in the southern part of Devwy.
