i got this item from the Isle of grass at the center wooden fort, 3 of the ghost were owning the guards there, i thought it was some quest/event thing but then found out it was just a long range agro thing

There are no ghost families in Caldey. This drop comes from the Lindon/Hogue families in Devwy.
