I got mine down ramp on left to the left of that works fine... I'm a 13 Warden and i can wear it

found it in muire tomb, but its an lvl 16 item!

I've found 2, and cant wear either... tried many classes and levels, with no belt, with belt, and totally naked it still wont let you wear the belt.

yeah, its bugged, mainly good for selling till they fix it
