I also found this near howth. Instead this one is lvl 7

Killed Prunar around 100 times for a couple lvls, he never dropped this. Did drop some nice armor tho. It was a Spiked Blackthorn Vest...is yellow to lvl 13 and gives like 8 or 9 hp.

I got mine off of a Lucradan Whelp just outside the north entrance to Tir na Nog. I was killing them all night (safe and blue), and decided to take a yellow (lvl 7). It was a tough fight, but when he died he dropped the Heart of Oak. Adds 8 hp and lives in the jewelry slot.

I've killed Prunar, and never got this. However, I got it off a spragonoll(or was it a luricaduane?) in Silvermine Mountains, across the stone step bridge SE of Howth.
