Which mobs drop this, and where in Camp Forest please?

Dropped by the Wood Ogres. They're all in and around the Ogre Fortress on your map. Don't remember exactly which ones drop it, but I've been hunting there for the last couple levels and got 4 of them, so not too uncommon of a drop. Oh, I'm a 17 Paladin, and was 13 when i first was able to hunt there successfully.
