I killed the drowning victims at two camps. First camp was in a field of tree stumps, north from Knarr town (8k, 45k Munin Sound zone). Second camp was during the night (from 06:30 p.m. to 05:30 a.m.), on a hill where Modolf is located (34k, 22k Munin Sound zone). The second camp had more drowning victims to kill. At both camps, their respawn rate was medium and their drop rate was low (1 out of 10).
Level 31 turned-in 19 pendants of the forsaken for 2,700,000 experience each.

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different Scandlain, who resides in the same building as the vault keeper in Knarr, loc=11157, 54706, wants some special pendants off drowning victims. You can find these along the path back to Aegir's Landing. Scandlain says, "Welcome to Munin Sound stranger. What brings you to this far part of Midgard? The call of the Sound or perhaps a little [adventure]?" Scandlain says, "Well, hehe, if you're looking for adventure, I think I can help you a bit. You see, I am a ' procurer of' mystical items. I am looking for a few special pendants that I heard are here in the Sound. Perhaps you can [look] for them?" Scandlain says, "Excellent! I knew you'd want to help me out. There are these ghostly creatures near here that the locals just call drowning victims. I've heard that some other adventurers have found the [pendants] I am looking for." Scandlain says,"You'll know what I'm talking about if you see them. Anyhow, If you happen to get any, I'd be more than happy to take them off your hands. hehe" XP was 231K at L25 and 236K at L26 Level 31 turned-in 19 pendants of the forsaken for 2,700,000 experience each. |

I actually found the Pendants of the Forlorn to be called Pendants fo the Forsaken. XP was 231K at L25
