Upon turning 12, I was told by the crier in Prydwen Keep that Sir Jerem (Also in the keep, in the bldg with the healer) needed help looking for a squire. I talked to Jerem and was given the quest to find his squire, Squire Graid.

The squire is guarding a rock in the Salisbury plains. You can follow the road from Camelot Hills to the Camp. Forest, and turn right onto the grass just before the guard tower. Or, you could simply head to the guard tower on the road by west downs and then head due south along the zone border. Either way, you eventually come to a large rock.

The loc for the rock is 5k,31k. The squire and a horse named Abagu are standing there. After a brief conversation (the squire has an annoying tendency to walk away on his patrol during the conversation, so it may take a while), he asks you to help him deal with a Ghostwalker's Apprentice and the undead that accompany him.

Usually he's wandering the plains, but if you wait long enough, he'll come to the stone bringing an undead druid and a filidh. The ghostwalker apprentice appears walking from due east towards the stone. The Apprentice was green to level 15. It appeared about midnight and once i killed the trio, they appeared again about 2 minutes later!
It's way easier waiting for him to come to the stone because Graid and Abagu can hold of the undead druid and filidh as you sprint to the back where the apprentice is casting his spells and take him out.

After you kill him, you get an apprentice pack which you give to Squire Graid. Give the pack to the squire and he'll ask you to bring it to Sir Jerem in the keep. Give the item to Sir Jerem for an item and exp.

Reward:
  Apprentice Cloak

I killed the apprentice about 4 days ago and my journal says to go see Sir Jerem, BUT, I have seen him at least 4 times since then and he still does not want the stupid apprentice pack!

Any ideas?

the apprentise appears east of the stone around midnight, watch for him.

After you kill him and get his pack, go back to sir Jerem, when u right click on him he will do his normal ramblings of RvR, but look above that and u will see hes asking about his squire, follow that text and he will ask for the pack, give him the pack and he will give you the cloak he finds in the pack

I did this quest today and initially had the same problem. Sir Jerum didn't want the pack. I gave it a few mins and came back and suddenly he asked for the pack. I think there may be a delay but it does eventually work.

Ugly Looking Cloak

I did this quest last night. I didn't see the horse, but the squire is quite meddlesome character. He came over to help me kill the apprentice and dealt the final stroke which killed the necromancer. Needless to say, I didn't get the pack, had to wait for the next spawn to kill the apprentice. The trick is to kill the apprentice before the squire comes over to help. Nuke him with all you got, don't do it slowly, else the squire might want to come over and try to help you kill him:( The cloak is more useful to casters than one from Sil's Quest. It definitely looks different besides the fact that it is a hooded cloak, and uglier. I wonder if I can dye this cloak. I have absolutely no fashion sense, any suggestions on dye colors for this ugly looking cloak, or should I wait till I get the whole ensemble to dye it with appropriate color.

ugly? it's just a normal hooded cloak, dyed green. It doesn't look DIFFERENT at all.

I concur with the ugly looking cloak part.

The easiest way to find the stone is to run south during the daytime. If you keep your eyes pealed to the right, you will see a large stone set far back from the road. You will pass a mound with stones on top that is nearby to the Squire's Stone.
