If you're looking for Cranly, she's outside the station, near the bind stone. She's the Avalonian in plate. I got this quest as a level 11 Armswoman innocently trying to sell off some loot. :) Since I knew exactly where Bouditha was from doing the Beartooth Charm quest, I decided to help Cranly out and pluck her family's cherished cloth cap from Miss Wynedd's offensive head. I waited until Gundron McCory was making his rounds, then ran to the campfire where Bouditha, Aldous, and a few cutpurses, highwaymen, and billyboys were inspecting the fruits of the day's vile labors. I went for Bouditha first, so she couldn't cast, then took care of Aldous, and finally dispatched the young ruffians who joined in. The thinking cap isn't much use to me, but it was fun to do the quest and kill some bandits, anyway. If any finger-wigglers on Guinevere would like it, shoot me a tell. :)

I found Bouditha on the hill, with Gundron (both yellow to me at 9) and Aldous Wynedd, who was orange. Gundron periodically patrols the hilltop with a cutpurse and bullyboy.

Sold the cap by mistake :(

I accidentally sold the cap by mistake after a night without sleep and still have the quest pending. Any way that I can get another cap from Bouditha? I tried killing her but have not had her drop anything yet...

Simply buy a woolen cap in Humberton, and give it to Cranly. The quest item is the same thing (a simple woolen cap).
Where?

This is the 7th level Traveler's Way reward for Theurgist. You are told to talk to a Lt. Jursen at the tower near the abby close to Camelot(This is on the side of Camelot where you find Humberton). The area has about 3 Dwarven raider camps that you can see and a Poacher camp. Lt. Jursen is the only guard out here so you can't miss him. When you do that Traveler's Way quest be ready to die, just make sure to kill two dwarves when they attack and you will finish the quest. Anyway, once you go back to Lt. Jursen he will give you a recommendation to take to a guy in Humberton who gives you the Thinking Cap. Wizards and Sorcerers have a non lethal 7th level quest.

ALMOST...

the Theurgist reward for the Traveller's Way is the Cap of the Quick Thinker... same stats but only 7AF. Little upgrade 2 levels later... of course, as a theurgist, if you could get the quest, you could complete it at 7...

Get used to it... all the Theurgist Specific Class Quest rewards suck... none more than the epics. Well, Fortune of Few isn't too bad.

On the upside, Theurgists do not need ANY equipment to be the most powerful class in all Albion... just a trade you gotta make.
