DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different

Per patch 1.69:
- Tartaros' Staff - Players will no longer be able to engage High Priest Akil in a manner that denies the High Priest help from his siam-he portal priests.

Below is the begining information for the Artifact Tartaros Gift, if you know more information please send it in.

Drops off the High Priest siam-he in Typhon's Reach. Will need one full group to bring him down.

Strategy:
Easy way: You need a banelord, an end bot, 3-4 tanks, and a healer type.
Mid: 2 warriors 1 zerk (banelord) 1 aug shammy 1 mend healer.
Hib: 2 heroes 1 champion (banelord) 1 reg/nurt druid 1 reg druid 1 bard
Alb: 1 paladin 1 armsman or 2 armsman, 1 reaver (banelord), 1 rejuv/enhance cleric (2 clerics if no paladin) 1 minstrel

Camp sets up with FoP/Heal field at rocks to east of the "soup bowl".
Banelord (grouped with sham/bard/minst) sets down a end or power drain field between camp and bowl, not drawing aggro.
(note: don't try to take out saim-hes near the soup bowl, as you will get aggro)

One member of the group (not shammy/bard/minst or banelord) pulls Akil (the arti mob) with a spell or ranged weapon. The portal keepers then begin summoning orange salamanders.
Minst/bard/shammy stick the banelord.

Banelord runs like crazy toward volcanus haven with full sprint on.
Salamanders chase after banelord once they get through the field, and tanks then proceed to beat up Akil. - submitted by: Taurath 50 RC/supp runemaster Lancelot

Dialog when all 3 scrolls are combined (submitted by Staghorn):
An ancient god slumbered in the center of the earth. [First,] Atlantis was nothing. [Then] it was a small island. [Then] it was a village, [and finally] a civilization that spanned the corners of the earth. The ancient god slumbered still. The Atlanteans spoke to all the [other] gods. At first, they were [favored by the gods]. [But] then, [the Atlanteans] saw fit to raise themselves to be as equals to the gods. They spoke to the gods [often], both the new and ancient, before the gods and the Atlanteans fell out of favor with each other. Through their talks the Atlanteans learned of the ancient god Tartaros. Determined to be the equal of all gods, they attempted to speak with Tartaros.

[But] Tartaros slumbered still and did not wake. The Atlanteans called to him again, with their horns and bells, and still Tartaros slumbered. It came to pass that one day the Atlanteans, angered at Tartaros' refusal to speak with them, traveled to the center of the world, seeking him out. They found him sleeping, curled up around the world, his head resting in the center. The scholars spent 30 years with the sleeping god, trying to wake him from his slumber.

In the 20th year, Tartaros yawned, and an island formed. He went to lay his head back down but the Atlanteans rang their golden bells and silver horns and instead, he raised his head, slowly opening his eyes. Ten years would pass while he woke from his slumber. With every yawn, an island formed. With every movement of his massive body, continents shook. When he arched his back, mountains formed, When he stretched his massive arms, seas flooded the deserts. In the 30th year, he wiped the sleep from his eyes and addressed the scholars.

["What brings you to me?" he asked. "I have slept peacefully since the world was newly formed. What makes you wake me now"] The scholars told him of Atlantis, of their achievements and the great things they had done. They spoke to him of the world, and the gods, and of [themselves]. Tartaros was disinterested. ["That is fine," said he, "but what would you have of me?"] They debated with him, and told him they were establishing relations with the ancient gods, and [desired to] perhaps form a council.

["You have advance far. You can challenge the gods. I say to you, yes, you are as gods. Does that please you? Is that what you came to hear? But remember, I am more than a god to you. I am the land you walk on. I am what holds the seas you sail on. If I am angered, I can swallow the land you sow, drown the mountains you climb and cloud the very sky you claim. It is best you let me rest and disturb me no more."] Then, deciding to give them some reminder of his words, he made a staff from his earthen body and told them, ["This is a small piece of what I am. See what it can do, and you will see the wisdom in leaving me to my slumber."]
