The Hibernia Lieutenant says, "I have a task that involves killing in the [Abandoned mines]."

The Hibernia Lieutenant says, "The thallooinagh rogues in the Abandoned Mines have been attacking messengers trying to reach Tir na Nog. Help restore the lines of communication by venturing into the Abandoned Mines and slaying four thallooinagh rogues."

Log says: Travel to the Abandonded Mines and slay four thallooinagh rogues.

I found the rogues in a large room at /loc 31201, 25404. There were only 2 in the room so I cleared others to get more pops. The rogues are Ranger mobs that use bow ranged and blade close. You may have to look close to see them. They are partially stealthed, you will see their names before their bodies. They were yellow to lvl 30, orange to lvl 29. I had to search through and fight many green and blue other thallooinagh to get there.

lvl 29 received 8.4 mill xp and 44 silver
