DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different

Celtics cannot do this quests, they do the Lochlain's Curse quest instead.

Keara can be found in Ardee, on the second floor of one of the buildings in the town tucked behind a few boxes. He relays a story about how "he" is actually a she, and a Celt came along and turned her into a male Celt. She is looking for a lurikeen or elf to assist her in gathering a few spell ingredients to turn back into her old self.

Item 1: Veil from a Veil Wisp in Bri Leigh -- these spawn northeast of the
guard tower that's on the way to Caille. They roam around the hill. Around level 12 and 13.

Item 2: Broken Mirror from a Siabra Enchanter -- these can be found on an island near Tir na mBeo that has roanes and siabras, or a few spawn in a
small forest right near the farm in east Lough Derg. They are around level
13.

Item 3: Skin from a changeling -- the changeling can be found in an area northwest of Ardee (N of TnN), where there is a small camp of anger sprites in some
trees. He is around level 12.

Once you have all three items, return to Keara. You'll be rewarded with
a few silver and some experience.

THERE ARE NO MORE CHANGLINGS OR ANGER SPRITES ON MUIRE HILL!!!!

I member a couple years ago when there were NO Free Levels and each bub was paid for with umpteen deaths... and Muire Hill was so covered with high aggro changelings and anger sprites it was hard for my Eldie to get to Muire's Tomb ...

Ah, the "Good ol'Days" phlllttt

Anyway.. have no idea where to find changelings now. Poor Keara will have to stay an ugly Celt guy! ;-P~~~

OK, the filidh pointed me to this quest at level 12 so that's the level of the quest. All in all a pretty good quest as when I finished I had done half my level just from quest hunting and rewards for returning the components (plus this quest send me to Bri Leith for the first time which will be nice hunting). The big payoff (well an additional 3 silver but over 51k in xp) is that last step that some people seem to have missed. Tell Keara you are [willing to watch] the spellcast to see if it works. Though the spell doesn't work, saying that phrase will work in getting the bulk of the reward and clearing this quest from your journal.

delivered all items and was told to see if spell worked? Keara is still here and I don't know where to find her female self to see if the spell worked. Anyways i got tired of looking, and now lvl 25 just tired of it appearing in my quest as incomplete

Where to find them
# Feb 04 2002 at 7:46 PM Rating: Decent
Veil Wisps - A location (perhaps not the only one) is to head to the tower at the southern end of the trail in Bri Leith, and then head N/NE, up the hillside to the left of the path, just out of the woods in the valley. That's where I finally found a veil wisp, just before sunrise. (Green to Lv17).

Dergan Enchanters - In the woods just north of Parth Farm east. Also green to Lv17, but be aware--their horses ("Whistler") and other nearby dergans will jump you as well. I would have died if not for the help of a passing ranger, since in the end I had to kill three dergans (two enchanters and a fury) as well as a Whistler.

Changeling - On the hillside west of the entrance to muire tomb, along with some bears, faerie beetles, and sometimes anger sprites and wind ghouls. Also green to Lv 17.

All in all...what a sucky quest! I got .3 bulbs of xp (again, lv17) and a few silvers, all for a helluva lot of running around.

I'm a Celt Ranger, and didn't get this quest. I got attitude from Keara instead...
I think this makes sense, since Keara got turned into a Celt and hates it.
Bottome line: looks like you need to be non-Celt to get this quest.
Go this at 12

Kinda fun... she got stuck in a Man Celts body... that's what she gets for the tude you know?

Anyhow only thing is you're not looking for a Siabra Enchanter, you want the Dergan Enchanter. Spawn place is correct and as long as you haven't been killing Roehen Maiden's you should get there no prob.

Just FYI, apparently the minimum level for the quest is at least 12th. At least my 12th lvl eldritch on Gawaine got it.

Ha, no one mentioned that the stupid Veil Wisps ONLY spawn at night. I looked forever before someone kindly mentioned that to me.

Keara tells you they only spawn at night.

It is an ELF ONLY quest.... He despises other classes, he used to be a FEMALE Elf, and was cursed into the Celts MAN body and is embarrased, that is why he is hiding up those stairs and behind all those boxes =)
Great story he / she has to tell

there`s a Bracketed [stay to see] in the Dialog box when you hand her the 3rd item. I clicked on it and She cast her Spell( nice Effects ) , unfortunately she fumbles the spell some how and stay as she is.
She thanks you and tells you to go away.
reward for a lvl 12 NightShade - 5sp 5 cp and 2 blue bubbles of Exp.

Bah, this quest is a pain.
# Nov 07 2001 at 9:37 PM Rating: Default
While it didn't take me painfully long to get all the items, this quest has you traveling half the Hibernian countryside looking for the components for a measly 3 SILVER >:(! It was fun though. I probably would have not explored these areas otherwise until later levels, which means the critters there would be gray by then...

So I guess it's not a big pain, but more of an ouchie.

For anyone attempting this quest, get a group for the siabra enchanter. They don't seem to stand around without an escort nearby, ready to pounce on you.

When I tried to get the siabra enchanter, she was yellow to me, and there was no one around to help out. I stood nearby for awhile until one had a battle with a curmudgeon. The battle was a close one and the enchanter barely one. While she was weak, I ran in, shouted at her, and boom she was dead. :)

The point being, if the enchanter is too tough to solo, wait till she is weak from fighting a curmudgeon. I found the enchanters in some woods by the lake, just across the lake from Mag Mell.

This is listed under Albion quests on the main page but is actually a Hibernian quest.

P.S. Hey, for you Morgan La Fay Hibs, stop raiding Albion. We're tired of having to take time off from important things to wipe the floor with you folks. :o)
