Can't seem to do the turn in. How many of theese things do you have to kill to have the right faction?

I seen this kill task as rated awful.. well
i took my 50 vamp and farmed the hands with eldy in grp.. hands drop rate was not bad at all.
got 20 hands..47lvl eldy turned them in to manus.
got 225mil a piece.. right at 2 bubs plus got faction for bug town lol.This is not a bad kill task
