I think key word is closest. I do not see where anyone said it was in Vanern Swamp.
I believe i know why, remember that the european servers are 6+ months behind in patching.
so alot of Quests and OTD´s are non existing.
Right now that lake + the island in inhabited by green orms, conning Orange to a LVL37 skald.

Yellow to 37 Skald - easy kill, Fjalar didnt CFH, but his mate did (sadly, it was a little late by then)
