Hotfix for Mordred

Lower level dungeon restrictions lifted on Mordred for the Small and Curious event:

Hotfix

• Mordred: The level restrictions on the Tomb of Mithra, Nisse's Lair and Muire's Tomb have been removed so that players may participate in the Small and Curious live event.
