Halloween Event Round-ups

ZAM takes stock of the witches, ghosts and ghouls invading our favorite games.

TERA

The Festival of the Sun has been amped up by the addition of the Banquet of Blood, which contains daily quests for level 58-60 players. The Harvest Festival Hall has reopened for players level 10 and up and new achievements were added for the 2013 Halloween season! Check it out through November 5, 2013.

Dark Age of Camelot

The Pumpkin Moon has risen over the Realms and the festivities have begun! Players can take part in the Ghostly Harvest Quest, purchase various seasonal goods and enjoy costume potions purchased from Camelot, Jordheim or Tir na Nog. Beware the haunted streets of the capital cities and the strange transformation of the Realms’ puppies.

Nexon Games
Mabinogi players can enjoy the festive Cursed Labyrinth event starting on October 23, 2013. Experience a new puzzle-filled dungeon, cinematic cut scenes, new gear and new bosses. All players can participate as a role-playing character that must escape a haunted mansion and earn clues. This event can be replayed up to three times per day and players will encounter the mastermind behind it all after obtaining seven clues.

MapleStory rings in the Halloween season with new quests and in-game items. Players can hunt monsters for Witch Malady and retrieve dark tokens that are exchanged for rare equipment and items. Explore the Haunted Mansion, visit Maple Castle to help put on a spooky Halloween party and enjoy high level epic boss fights this Halloween.

Champions Online
The Bloodmoon has risen, painting Millennium City red with its deathly light. The Undying Lord Takofanes is sending his undead army against the living, and heroes are needed to stand against it. During the Halloween Bloodmoon earn special perks and collect ghoulish action figures. You’ll also get a chance to participate in trick-or-treating which may result in a nice reward!

Borderlands 2
BL2 players can now purchase the TK Baha Bloody Harvest DLC via digital download. In TK Baha’s Bloody Harvest, players are tasked with stopping the giant Pumpkin Kingpin from terrorizing everyone in the town of Hallowed Hollow. Once you take him down, his pumpkin head will become your trophy to wear. Obtain different variety of candies, which bestow temporary buffs, to help take down your enemies.

Lineage II
Halloween is just around the corner and you can show off your festive spirit in Lineage II! Participate in this year’s Halloween Adena Art Contest, which runs through October 28, 2013, and you may win an in-game prize. Adena Art is a player-created image made by dropping Adena and other items on the ground in-game to create a picture. Visit the official site for the full contest rules and information on the available prizes!

Lord of the Rings Online
As the season changes the Harvestmath Festival arrives in Middle-earth! Brave the depths of the Haunted Burrow, play daily Harvestmath games such as apple bobbing, participate in the Shire and Bree-land horse races and more. The festival will be celebrated through November 4, 2013.

At least they have fun events, not the moldy old ones in EQ. They could have at least added one new one this year.
