Kitty Kitty

I would just like to point out something...in the wild/wooded area up and behind cornwall station there is a MOB called the death stalker, a panther looking thing that is EXTREMLY aggro and purple/red to a lvl 10/15, also very fast...never EVER pet the kitty. Just a warning to the lower level adventurers.
Gloves Of Celerity.

Aserod Ilonus
# May 28 2002 at 8:56 AM Rating: Default
Aserod Ilonus mentions finding beasts nearby that have captured soles, which he can release if returned to him for a reward. Any idea what and where these beasts are?

Kill Moor Boogeys.
They drop Glowing Soul Gems that can be turned in to Aserod for good loot/XP.

Boogeys are yellow to red at 26.

Careful, I have heard that there is a chance the Glowing Soul Gem will spawn an aggro mob when turned in to Aserod.
I've turned in about 15-20 of these and haven't seen this, but I'm pretty sure it's legit. Just be ready.

Well i think Salisbury plains are better for between Mithra and Keltoi.
Rooters
# Feb 27 2002 at 6:35 PM Rating: Default
The rooters near the station in Cornwall give some nice experiance. As a lvl 32 Earth Theurgist the mobs con yellow, orange and red. At 32 the yellows give about 1.2-2.1 million exp, whereas the oranges give around 2.8. Thus I find I get more "bang for the buck" if I just solo 2 yellows. The rooters drop pig feet (go figure), skins and something else (which slips my mind at the moment). I have never once seen them drop any items or money, however their hides fetch a nice sum of money when traded in. I've been soloing rooters since I was around 29 or 30 I believe. The key is NOT to solo the rooters in the pens, or else you will get agro. I've been soloing the rooters on both sides of the road for quite awhile, and never once have I got agro from the farmers. I think the key is not to pick of any of the rooters within the pen, as I find your status with the famers will decrease rapidly. also to all those groups of people out there that think it would be awesome EXP to solo the rooters inside the pen...don't do it. I have personally seen many groups wiped out by the 1-4 rooters that were pulled within the pen. So a word of the wise, stick to the fields and leave the rooters in the pen alone.

Err...correction. I'm 33 now and the farmers don't like me anymore, but haven't killed me yet. So much for just soloing stuff in the fields

Kill the boogeys and they will like you again.

Where can I find Aserod llonus?
#Anonymous, Posted: Feb 04 2002 at 1:02 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) He is in the roman fort. Follow the road with skeletons near cornwall station to get there.
RE: Help?

NO he is not, he is a guard, and can be found about halfway between the road and the fort, way up on the left on a hilly incline.

Giant rooters?
# Jan 12 2002 at 10:37 AM Rating: Default
There is a giant rooter farm here that looks like it could be good experience. I am level 15, and everything in western Cornwall is purple, but was wondering what level they were. Are the giant rooters, greater boogeys or Cornish Giants manageable by a mid-teens group?

Kill too many rooters and your faction with the Yarley's decrease and they kill you thereby meaning you will not be able to catch a horse from W.Cwall.

*The Yarley's are the farmers.

The rooters are green - yellow to me.

Not bad

This place is decent levelling for solo and 2 man groups who have outgrown Mithra Tomb but haven't quite gotten ready for Keltoi Fogou...
Decent Hunting
# Oct 29 2001 at 1:26 AM Rating: Excellent
Right behind Cornwall Station, there is decent solo hunting for level 12 thru 14. Cornish Frogs and various Bears keep you busy. If you have magic, you can plunk the frogs three times as they aggro towards you very slowly. The occasional Moor Wolf you need to watch out for. Also, there is a nice group of undead a little further back, with a ghostly paladin and two ghostly clerics to make it interesting.
