Respawns between 19 minutes and 60ish minutes after being killed. Killed him 10 times (using 2 characters) last night with a stopwatch running for the last handful.
(Got 5 Stardrops and a bunch of his other loot, most of which has no value these days.)

Doesn't Chan drop ring of the torrent anymore? He and the other two mobs close to him used to drop a lot of loot, been here for 1 hour and no loot, only gold, anyone know of any changes?

Yeah you can't farm mobs anymore unless someone in grp needs credit for the encounter. You have to farm Afrits and get the loot that way.
I know this is all 'necro' and tihs, but: yes, you can farm the mob nowadays.
