I got this item from a siog raider in Cruachan Gorge. My delve info differs a bit :

Stats look pretty sucky to me to last me through my 40s, it could at least have a proc but it doesn't.

Does it drop in 1.36 or it's in a future version ? Cuz my server sux and still is in 1.36

I saw it drop from the Siabra Raiders in the Bog of Cullen. I wanted it but a champion in my group insisted that he get it. I haven't seen it drop again since. If it drops from the raiders in Mt Collory, I would recommend camping those cuz it's an easier camp than in the Bog. The raiders are around level 40 and hit very fast. They also drop the Raider Chitin reinforced armor. The Siabra Crusher is a very nice weapon that will last you well into your 40s.

They are level 37-41ish, that item is yellow at 41 (that is my screenshot) I've only got 2 of them in a LONG time of killing siabra raiders. You can find the raiders in the Bog as well as in Mt. Collory.

hmmm actually that is not my screenshot, but it's the same item I submitted a few days ago and the info I said is correct. The rest of the ones I submitted are not on the site yet.
