drop by gemklickers with highest chance becouse they cant drop anything else
proc seldom maybe u have used 100 times and proced only 1 time or u used it 5 times and procced 4 times
just luck/unluck
procs have listened range becouse if someone activate charge during attack he get proc even if he move a bit

This item as of post is not that rare.. I've been hunting in the mines the last week and I have seen about 8 total drop. The gem horders seem to drop the most.. although maybe clickers too, not sure but certain on the fact that horders do drop it in the hallway to the left of the first purple room you come to with the ramp in it.

I traded a shield for my Gem encrusted Claw. It's the old one with +1s. It has started proc'ing for me at 36. Mythic fixed it in the last patch.

Anyone know when this thing procs? I am level 41 and it turned yellow at 40, still no proc.

The claw with the +1 to the stats first cons yellow at level 40, but I've yet to see mine proc. I guess the +2 stat one is a little higher in level.

It's stats were buffed with the patch that buffed all the other items. They just need a new pic.

The Gem claw I got was +2 to all those stats and had a 70 dd proc. Same name but different stats. Cons orange at lvl 40
