I received this ring from a vendo flayer and a vendo warrior in Mularn. All vendos from this camp must drop this ring, like mentioned in previous message.

They drop from all vendos. I got a ton of those rings when soloing the bone-collectors near Svaud Faste.

this drops from Prulgor (i think his name is), he is a vendo that runs around, kinda close to df, where there are rabid wolfhounds.
