I've seen it drop once, off of a Banisher.

It seems like most drops in that place are rare, probably due to it being so over-hunted.
Go down alone at lvl24-25, during hours when noone else is awake (if you are able).
I've found drops to be much more common then.

Umm....could you be a little more specific? this drop, i have only EVER ! found it once outa 4 charater going thru there, i now have an infil going thru there and i would like to find it again...becuase i gave my old one away, but people say this is a very rare drop...and i would at least wanna know what it drops from
