A small group of us have also found this dropping off of the avengers near Thror and his other named mate. Nice place for glowies ... but takes a while to get into there

Actually It drops off the named Azures at the camps. There are two of them, both orange/red to 50 and come solo. They always farm. Easy to get to and farm for a 50 enchanter.

one of the named Azure droped this for me on europe server running 1.45(yes it hurts)

got it of Thror, named Azure about 42k 21k in Sheroo Hills(excellent Rvr sword)

does this sword really exists, does it glow like star wars light sabre ? I'm on a french server and would like to know from what monster can I get this.

Yes it exists, and yes it really glows. Find it as a pretty rare drop on any of the highlevel glimmers in sheeroe hills. Past the warden/ardent camp. If you follow the right wall as you enter the zone, it would be from the 5th camp onwards that you have a chance of it dropping.
