This is a new item and not to rare, quite a few of the 20ish folks in my guild have gotten this or the Mist (con/dex) necklace from wraiths in the Cliffs.

Posted: Mar 21 2002 at 5:27 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Okay, I hunted mist wraiths, SOLO, for FOUR levels, received 3 etheric bludgenors and 2 of them eldy void staffs. Never seen jewelry dropped, so it's either VERY rare (like archers bracers), or new.
