In case anyone's interested, the cloak is hooded and of a pretty ugly light green color.

From the Herald Patch Notes:
The Dispositional Cloak had the evade skill replaced with dexterity. The constitution penalty was removed.

Have you ever thought that they only post what people like you and me give them??? If you have something different then I guess you should get off your lazy *** and submit some info! Nope dont play on DAoC Europe, play on Merlin, stats are still the same.

That's the old version of the cloak. Changed on some patch. You on DAoC EU perhaps? It still has the stats you said there.

the cloak i got has -4 con, +10 qui, +6 evade
my char was lvl 40 thane
