Okay... you get the sword afor your 35 epic. And yet, the proc doesn't start till 40. Good to see Mythic wants people to get their epics done as soon as possible to reap the rewards, eh?

I assumed seeing how the scout is based basically on the Longbow that the Craft of Retribution was a Longbow itself, but seemingly I am in correct.

There's another nice level 40 quest, The Forest Plot, that gives a good bow.
