this doesn t drop off spectral provisioner ... it can but didn t.
every drop in caer sidi are beside a handfull from fame / funus / bellum / morbus / apocalipse are totaly random from any named in the place and even some junk yard trash mobs can drop them.
btw i took this SS and trust me it doesn t come off provisioner.
