Seek the Moonstone  

the tracker is at 45450 11741 4928 just go south from ceanni and left into trees .... my grave may still be there hehe. Now i am at rory, but he does'nt wanna talk to me. What the hell?

does someone know how to speak with duana or edan? do i have to wait till im lvl 25 or do i have to say a special word?

K took me ages to find her, but here it is, on the way to ic jump off at that mini town b4 ic, keep headin SW for AGES, its in the big tall trees where no other monsters are at all, only a big hollow tree wif kimba in it, outside is a guard

I found the first summary, "Full Info so far" in this post VERY useful, so I am going to follow it up. Then again, I am hardly done with this, and I have a few questions of my own. Anyway:

1) Do as the "Full info so far" post says above and you will get through alot of this ordeal (wow do I hate this quest, but the rewards are key).

2) as many have noted, the moon lake is on the map you got with the game, to the SE of Callie.

3) Watcher Rylie didn't spawn the first night, but was there the second. I spoke to him, and he gave me the collar and some snazzy pants (bard here). You definately get some kind of reward from this step. You also probably die as some big purple meanies come down on the camp when Rylie is done chatting.

4)Criostan's Promise is much like the Informant mini/side quest, only you get to see it in your journal. Joy!

5) To begin, you need to find Kimba. Kimba can be found by going to a small shack on the road to Innis, and heading west/SW. The shack I referr to has some name like it is a town, but is quite small. Weapons are sold there. The way to Kimbas is littered with some yellow and red aggro's. Kimba lives in a tree with a door in the midst of redwoods, hard to miss. Don't confuse this one with the old hermits house which looks the same.

6) say "promise" to her and follow the dialogue.

7) hop over to Innis and speak to Siobahn the smith (who ******* alot about many things unrelated tot he quest...) and tells you to look for a big merman (err, woman) on a plateu.

8) Whatever. Go west, over the lake (as suggested above, my thanks to you anonymous person!) The island has Farie Horses, which had no hate for me. The far shore had the infamous pookah and lots of sibara, but if you can dodge all that and climb the hill (go west. alot.) you will find a pond (not on the map as such) in the trees and a HUGE merman looking thing. She talks to you and gives you the wand. A chanter I was with att he time said she neeed to say "promise" to her as well, I just had to click.

9)I got the wand, I took it back to Ainrehb, I got a neat reward and some cash and xp. Now I am ready to move on with the moonstone qust, and so are you. The issue is that I cannot find the fricking hounds. Anywhere. At all. Someone help us out here!


Notes: if at any time you can't seem to get an NPC to talk to you, make sure you got your ******* signet ring on. As a Bard, I hate this thing item wise...it does nothing for me with no cha on it, and I have better 12th level items for those fingers. But, I have found that nearly EVERY npc involved with this won't do more than look your way unless you have that ring on. So whatever you do don't sell it or drop it or anything, it is your ticket to epicness. I have a hunch that the hounds want this too, in adition to handing them the collar. If only I knew where to look...


Oughain Walsh, 23 Bard, Galahad (arms of order)

Where is this tracker I'm supposed to find and (presumably) kill. According to the info from the hounds, he was seen near Ceanni heading South on the road, and he is allied with siog waylayers and pillers. The woods just south of Ceanni are filled with these mobs, but no tracker.

HELP!

Level 25 Nightshade

I am a 22 Champ, and I have done the follow-up to this quest (I am doing the level 20 part of it...), where you get the collar to hand the one of the two wolves. I have tried handing it to both of them, they respond by telling me to come back when I'm a higher level, which makes sense so when I hit level 25. But if this signals the end of the level 20 quest, where is my reward? Warcry says I am supposed to get some armor, a Scale Chestpiece... any suggestions anyone?

Where is the end of this quest.... seems to last a long time.. anybody know what all the steps are? if so could ya post em here so I know if I am close to finishing.

where can I find Kimba?

Meave will not respond to me, i have done everything up to this point, i tried giving her the ring, i've tried various key words, nothing seems to work. I was told that at lvl 19 i had to be lvl 20 to get her to respond, but she still does nothing at lvl 20, any ideas would greatly be appreciated

What do u do with the Enchanted note after u kill the tracker?

I hadn't noticed that any bards had been doing this quest. Am I the only one that it has been given too?

This Quest is the biggest pain in the ***** Rewards stink, the NPCs are hard to find, and they send you through rons of purple mobs. Not to mention the part where yoo talk to Rylie and get gang-banged.

Once again I am asking for help on what to say to the hounds. I have asked earlier but no one is seeming to respond to it. I wear the collar whenI speak to them but apparently I am not saying the right words. Can some one please help me with this? I have been stuck on this part for weeks now.
